‘The Good, the Bad, the Corny’ to go threequel

New comedy and Fajr contender ‘The Good, the Bad, the Corny: Secret Army’ is set to go for the third installment.

According to the comedy flick director Peyman Qasemkhani, the second sequel will kick off film shoot from May 2020 and the story will follow up the second part.

Qasemkhani has also revealed some more details on the story saying that, ‘One of the characters portrayed by Hamed Komeili who plays the role of a murderer and spy in the second season will find new interest in film directing and we will witness the love for cinema in him.”

He also said that the third installment will have a more fantasy ambiance.

‘The Good, the Bad, the Corny: Secret Army’ is currently in the competition section of the 38th Fajr Film Festival.   

Besides the actors such as Sam Derakhshani and Pejman Jamshidi who have been in both sequels, the second part has Hamed Komeili, Gohar kheirandish, Farhad Ayish, Amir-Mehdi Juleh, Maral Farjad, Ali Owji and Shakib Shajareh among others.
